Animacious is a digital product. Nothing is shipped physically. Your licence is linked to the email address you use at checkout as soon as payment is confirmed. Just sign in to the app with that email to unlock it.
1. What you receive
- A licence for the edition you purchased (Personal or Commercial), linked to your email address;
- A receipt or invoice for your purchase;
- Download links for macOS, Windows and Linux.
2. Delivery method and timing
After your payment is confirmed, your licence is activated on the email address you entered at checkout, and a confirmation and receipt are sent to that address. Activation is usually instant and always within 24 hours. The installer can be downloaded immediately from the Download section of our website.
3. Shipping charges
There are no shipping or handling charges. The price at checkout, plus any applicable taxes, is the total you pay.
4. Activation
Install Animacious, open it and sign in with the email address you used at checkout. Your licence is detected automatically. An internet connection is needed to sign in. Your licence lets you sign in on a limited number of devices (2 for Personal, 3 per seat for Commercial). Sign out of a device to free it up for another.
5. Licence not showing up?
- Make sure you're signed in with exactly the same email address you entered at checkout.
- Sign out and sign back in to refresh your licence status.
- If the licence still doesn't appear, email support@animacious.com with your order ID or receipt, and we'll fix it.
6. Changing your email address
If you lose access to the email address your licence is linked to, or want to move it to a different address, contact us from that address (or with your order details) and we'll transfer the licence free of charge.
